What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards at checkout.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout works fine, but a free account lets you track orders, reorder your favorites in one click and check out faster.
How old do I have to be to order?
You must be 21 or older to purchase Odyssey Herbals products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21+.
Shipping
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $100 or more ship free.
Where can't you ship?
We follow state and local kratom laws and do not ship to:
States: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont and Wisconsin (Kentucky starting January 1, 2027).
Local areas: Sarasota County, FL; Spokane, Spokane Valley, Cle Elum, Othello, Mount Vernon and Bellingham, WA; Idaho Falls and Kellogg, ID; Albuquerque, NM; Parker, Monument and Greenwood Village, CO; Alton, Edwardsville, Glen Carbon and Jerseyville, IL; and Mississippi counties and cities with local bans.
Ohio: we ship leaf powder and capsules only (no kratom shots).
Kratom laws change often. If an order is placed to a restricted area, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For safety reasons, we can't accept opened products.
How do I start a return?
Email sales@odysseyherbals.com with your order number and we'll reply with return instructions within one business day. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the return.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?
Email sales@odysseyherbals.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Quality & Lab Testing
Are your products lab tested?
Yes. Every batch is third-party lab tested and tied to a lot number. Lab reports (Certificates of Analysis) for White, Red, Green and Yellow Maeng Da are linked on each powder and capsule product page and on our Catalog page. Kratom shot reports are available on request at sales@odysseyherbals.com.
Where does your kratom come from?
Our kratom is sourced from the Kapuas Hulu forest region of West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Read more on our About Us page.
How should I store my kratom?
Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.
Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. We supply smoke shops, vape shops and specialty retailers with Odyssey Herbals kratom powder, capsules and shots.
Is there a minimum order?
Wholesale orders start at $500. Approved partners get access to wholesale pricing.
